Grace Rising is an IOP for teen girls in the Austin area. Our clients attend three evenings a week, with no inpatient or housing component. School, activities, and family life continue as normal alongside treatment. Grace Rising was built by the team behind Grace & Emerge Recovery, a women's program with years of experience treating attachment trauma and complex mental health needs, now shaped specifically for an adolescent population.   ## Who Is Grace Rising For? Grace Rising is for high school aged girls who are struggling with their mental health but don't need round-the-clock care. This includes young women showing early signs of anxiety, depression, or emotional dysregulation, as well as girls stepping down from a higher level of care, like residential or inpatient treatment, who need structured support before returning fully to daily life. Groups are kept small, eight girls or fewer, so care stays personal and every girl is known. ## How Does the Grace Rising Program Work? Girls attend Grace Rising three evenings a week. Each session combines group therapy grounded in attachment-based care and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), giving young women the language and skills to understand what they're feeling and navigate it. Outside of structured groups, the program includes community outings and connection-focused activities, so it feels like a place she wants to be. This is not residential treatment. Girls return home each evening, staying connected to their families throughout treatment. ## Why Does Early Intervention Matter? Many families wait until a crisis point to seek support. Grace Rising is built for the earlier moment, when a parent first notices something is off.
