Imagine a place where no one worries about fitting in. Where, no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve experienced, there’s a space for you – and it can be a perfect fit. Grace & Emerge Recovery was founded to give young adult women struggling with mental health issues, trauma, and substance use challenges a safe, supportive place to heal and find long-term recovery.
Grace & Emerge offers outpatient trauma care, merged with a supportive sober living environment. This unique aftercare continuum is designed to treat the trauma behind mental health and addiction struggles in a holistic manner that promotes long-term, sustainable wellness. Through a series of focused step-downs, we can heal the whole woman: medically, therapeutically, spiritually, and familially. Every step of the way, our dedicated and passionate team meets each client where she’s at with what she needs to grow.
At Grace & Emerge Recovery, we're passionate about providing a holistic, women-centric approach to recovery. Recognizing that every woman's journey is unique, we've established a multi-faceted program of tailored care that meets individual needs. From immersive, structured treatments to supportive living environments, our offerings educate, support, and nurture women as they develop and utilize the skills needed to work through trauma and addiction.
Our staff members are specifically trained to support a community of women in a variety of ways — such as identifying unreported eating disorders, responding to social trends, supporting diverse gender identities, and constantly expanding capacity to meet the needs of our clients. Community members are encouraged to voice their needs and concerns in healthy ways that strengthen the whole milieu. This collaborative support across teams, combined with an environment of comprehensive physical safety, gives young women the space they need to be seen, to be known, and to heal.
Our PHP serves as a bridge between inpatient care and outpatient services, featuring a full residential schedule and extensive community support. This program is ideal for those who require a higher level of structured treatment, but do not need the 24-hour supervision of an inpatient facility. PHP is an ideal step-down from residential addiction treatment, or an appropriate first step towards recovery for many women.

To heal the whole woman, successful recovery treatment must contain four vital components. We have built our program on these four tenets to produce the most comprehensive outpatient step-down program for women available nationwide.
Our commitment to women's recovery is unwavering. At Grace & Emerge Recovery, we provide the care, community, and compassion to support your journey. Whether you're at the start of your recovery or seeking a supportive community to continue to grow with, you can find your people, your purpose, and yourself here.
Clients entering our program begin with the Restore phase, which lasts for their initial 45 to 60 days. During this time, they undergo outpatient healing as a group, with a focus on stabilization, intensive support, building trust, and the initial work needed to identify areas for growth.
Over the next 60 to 75 days, clients transition to a lighter therapeutic schedule, engaging in work, school, or service activities. At the same time they gain more privileges, allowing them to personalize their recovery and foster lasting well-being.
After meeting specific metrics in our four key areas, clients advance to the final phase for their last four to six months with us. In this phase, clients concentrate on applying the skills acquired in their initial 90 days to real-life situations. The training wheels are off and it’s time to soar.
